Plymouth restaurants attract
diners throughout the year
For a good time, go toPlymouth.
The community has a well-deserved reputation for knowing how to entertain
guests and area residents, nomatter what time of year it might be. One of the ele-
ments of that state-wide reputation as a placewhere there is something for every-
one and entertainment for all, is the restaurant scene. While some of the estab-
lishments are better known to locals who frequent them, many are the attractions
that bring folks back toPlymouth, time and time again.
From great American cooking, traditional ethnic foods to casual Italian of the
best kind, there's very little that can't be found on the streets of Plymouth,
whether it's Main Street, Forest Street or into Old Village, these are places well
worth the trip. Plymouth restaurants offer the best choice and variety around.
Nowonder visitors return again and again to enjoy the taste of success.

Each week, E.G. Nick's chefs come up
with daily dinner entrees to delight the
palates of regulars who fill the booths
and tables at the restaurant which is in
the final stages of some remodeling and
redecorating.
"We like to keep it current, keep it
new," noted co-owner and chef Frank
Agostini.
If Agostini looks familiar, he can often
be seen on the Fox News morning pro-
gram with cooking segments featuring
some of the special recipes from the
restaurant.
During the ice festival, E.G. Nick's will
feature a bar carved from a block of ice
on the deck serving Szedka Vodka in var-
ious flavors and the Szedka girls on
Friday and Saturday. As has become a
tradition during the festivals, the restau-
rant will also have a huge heated tent in
the back parking lot with live entertain-
ment on both Friday and Saturday, open
from6 p.m. untilmidnight.
E.G. Nick's reputation for reasonably
priced American food is well deserved.
They serve steaks, seafood and their
award-winning baby back ribs. The
planked whitefish has been named the
best in the state by food critics. Meals
range from$8 to $20 or so and are served
in a relaxed and comfortable atmos-
phere. The expansive and pristine bar
serves one of the widest varieties of
drinks around and also features daily
drink specials.
